Discover

We sit down with your decision-makers and stakeholders to understand the unique challenges of your business goals. Our team of account managers, strategists, information architects, business analysts, project managers, designers, and developers partner with you and your company to create a unified team.

Define

Here's where we scope out project plans and schedules, create sitemaps, data schemas, and wireframes, map out scenarios and personas, and conduct additional stakeholder interviews. From here we create a comprehensive roadmap of where we are going, performing in-depth business analysis and assembling a comprehensive functional specification.

Design

Interface design. Mood boards. Color palettes. Concepts. Identity. We are invested in providing the best user experience possible, while keeping onbrand. Our creatives drive this part of the process, with deep collaboration with our engineers and information architects, to ensure the seamless integration between the design concept and technical execution.

Develop

Working with our technical project managers, our back-end engineers and front-end programmers develop meticulous code, following the specifications of the functional/technical documentation. We develop sites and software utilizing AGILE, RUP, and/or SDLC methodology, adapting our process for the unique needs of each project. Our programming specializations include .NET, C#, PHP, AJAX/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Flash.

Deploy

Our quality assurance team performs test before, during, and after launch. For websites, web perform cross-platform, multi-browser testing, to ensure that your site is accessible to the widest possible audience. For intranets and internal software solutions, we test within your unique system specifications. We set up hosting, maintenance, and data analytics.

Document

During the final stages of the project, we review and update all site documentation, to ensure that any modifications to the original specifications are reflected for your records.

Deliver

We provide our clients with a packet containing all final deliverables, as well as relevant training manuals, wireframes, content and visual style guides, and technical documentation.

Debrief

Our commitment doesn't end with the final deliverable. We at ASD Labs adhere to the principle of constant improvement. We meet with our clients to converse and debrief, to hear from you what worked well and what could be improved, so that we can mutually benefit from the experience of the engagement. We brainstorm together about ideas for future enhancements and start the DISCOVERY process for the next iteration.
